Why do we need sponsors? The City of White Plains provides ice (starting in mid October) and referees. Everything else the teams need …. ice time in September and early October, practice jerseys, external training, goalie clinics, and tournaments is funded by donations. The White Plains Plainsmen Hockey Club, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is run entirely by volunteers. Coaches, managers, and board positions are all volunteers who work passionately and tirelessly to raise money for these activities and to run a great hockey program and provide a great overall experience. Absolutely 100% of donations are used for hockey activities for the players.
What sponsorship levels do we offer?
- Bronze ($500)
- Silver ($750)
- Gold ($1000)
- Platinum ($1500)
In addition to supporting a great cause by partnering with a local organization committed to excellence for boys and girls, your sponsorship will provide the following benefits:
- Your business logo displayed on a banner at Ebersole Ice Rink
- Your business highlighted to all our families and alumni via email, on our website and through our social media accounts (including a “sponsor spotlight”)
- As a tax exempt org, 100% of your donation is tax deductible
We understand that there are many worthwhile organizations throughout the city to which you could contribute. On behalf of our coaches, players, and parents, we’d like to thank you for your time and consideration in sponsoring our program.
If you are willing to consider partnering with the Plainsmen click the "Become a Sponsor or Donate" button. If have any questions, please reach out to us at info@whiteplainshockey.com
